Wordpress embedded forms get stuck on 'Please wait' upon submission

Help!  I've tried re-creating it from scratch and I can't get it to work!

It seems that your oembedded form is not submittable due to the wordpress restrictions. A ticket has been sent to our developers to see if they can check this further.

A new version of our oEmbed plugin which will fix this problem has been released. You can install in from inside your Wordpress dashboard.
