I am not using my jotform till at least beginning of next year . I know I did tickpay as I go. Why have I been put on the bronze plan and its not free

I was unable to find an account related to your email address, could you please provide us your username?
If you can provide us the link to a JotForm would be good too, we will check and find why you're being charged, please also do note that if you had a subscription previously and you did not cancel it then it should be still active as this is an auto-renewal service and you should cancel your subscription, otherwise it will keep active as long as we're able to charge you.
