Hi, An employee that managed out jotforms has since left and I can't log into her account with the login information she sent me. It doesn't tell me it's incorrect, it just doesn't do anything when I enter and hit login. Her email is email@example.com

I found the account under that username it exist, but I can not see or provide you with password. Regarding the log in, did you try from some different browser by any chance, since I just tested and didn't have any problems?
Please let us know if the issue persists.
