Do files uploaded through forms still take up space if Dropbox is used?

I have set the form to upload files to my dropbox. Will uploads cause me to use up space on my jotform account?

    Thanks in advance.

Files are first uploaded to your JotForm account along with submission data.  They are then forwarded to integrations like Dropbox.  Since the files are still stored in your JotForm account, they will indeed use up space.

If you do not need the files or submission data in your JotForm account, you can use our autodelete app:

    https://apps.jotform.com/app/auto_delete_submissions

This will automatically delete submissions once they have been received and forwarded.

Can this app be applied to just one form, or does it affect all of my
    forms?

Hey Tom, the app David suggested will only apply to the form(s) you have selected.

So once you get to the app's dashboard http://auto-delete.jotform.io/ and clicked PROCEED TO APP, you will be asked to AUTHORIZE the app. Afterwards, you'll get the chance to pick which form(s) you would like it to apply to:

Just keep in mind that deleting submissions is an irreversible process. So only proceed with using the app if and only if you're sure that you won't need the submissions stored in your account.

On the other hand, you can manually delete submissions if needed just in case you won't be using the app.
