I used to get email notifications for my forms when someone had filled them out, but I've stopped getting these emails? Is it because I downgraded my account? or due to some changes that jotform has made?
please let me know.

Downgrading an account should not affect the functionalities of your form except the limits going lower.
Anyhow, I have found your email in the bounce list: firstname.lastname@example.org
And this is the reason for the error: smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<450 4.2.0 : Recipient address rejected: Greylisted, see http://postgrey.schweikert.ch/help/abmidwives.ca.html>
As it seems, your email address blocked the emails coming form JotForm. And for this reason why JotForm's mailer automatically stopped sending emails to your email address.
One solution I could think of is replace your email sender to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can ask your email service provider / IT to have the following information whitelisted: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
