Do you mean you want to view the html code of your form? To achieve that, you will have to use the Inspect element tool on your browser. If you are using Chrome, then you can follow this guide on how to use the Inspect Element: https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/iterate/inspect-styles/shortcuts?hl=en
