Add newsletter sign up form to Bigcommerce site front page

Hi

I would like to add a form that comes up on my big commerce front page when someone first visits my site. I have seen the info on how to add a contact us page, but am not sure how to get a form on the front page?I would like it to be a "sign up to our newsletter" type pop up. 

Ideally if this could somehow have a setting that once they have visited the site and/or filled out the form, that the pop up does not continue each time they visit...

From what I understand, the procedure should be the same.

Think of your front page as the contact us page... so, just look for the HTML widget or source in your front page and add the form embed link there.
