The form we created isn't completing.

We added the jotform into our wordpress website with the provided code. You can see it here. Unfortunately it just says please wait…. and never goes anywhere

I made a test submission to your form and I can confirm that the submit button is stuck to "Please wait."

I see you are currently using oEmbed to embed the form to your wordpress page. Can you please try using the iFrame embed instead? Here's how to get the iFrame code: Getting the form iFrame code.

If the issue still persists, please let us know.
