Since you updated your payment wizard I can't get it to work the way I use to use it for my business.
I attached a photo of what it use to look like and now I can't get it to do that.

That is an example of what I wanted the form I was working on to look like. I got it figured out finally but I am not sure what I did to get it to that point. If I have issues next time I will let you know.

To get that options you need to add them to each product, when you're editing or adding a product you will find the options below:
