Get a new submission for edited form

Is it possible that every time a user edits a form the form gets submitted as a new submission?

Please take note that editing submission will not generate a new submission. It will only overwrite the existing form submission. You will only received a notification email once the submission is edited.

You can prepopulate form data through the URL parameters. In this way, if you send the form link to the user, there will be a pre-filled data on it.
