    Can I have a different recipient email per form?

    I have now 3 accounts each of them has a different email associated with it and the forms get sent to those emails.  If I combined these 3 accounts into one, I will have one account but with 3 different forms.  Can those 3 forms retain their unique emails so that I receive the submissions to those 3 different email addresses?

    Yes you can Create Sub Accounts from the main one. Regarding the email, I'm not sure I understood you, are you talking about receiving Notifications on sub-accounts?

    Shared accounts can just view or edit forms if you allow them, but they will not receive notifications. You can always add Multiple recipients to your form so the Notifications will go to multiple addresses.

    Yes, you can always have a different recipient in a form. You can check it to verify/change. Please follow the steps from this guide to do so:
