I deleted the submissions but still received submission storage warning emails.

I feel like I have the same issue, can anyone look at my account?

I did check your account and found that you have one form with 286 submissions. You also seems to have 5 forms in your "Trash" folder and all the forms has several submissions. That is the reason why you are receiving warning emails. 

I would suggest you to please go ahead and "Purge" the forms and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
