Can I create a form and have jot form make it so that it can be filled out on a website and have a submit order button that sends the form to my email

    Yes, all of that is possible, and that is how most of our users use JotForm as well. First, you will need to create your form with the questions you want to ask your users. Creating your forms is easy with our Form Builder:

    Once you have created your form, in order to add it to your website all you need to do is click on the Publish button inside of our Form Builder, and copy your form's codes from there into your website. The following guide explains how:

    Finally, for the form to send an email notification to your address each time that you receive a submission, simply set up an email notification on your form:
