Is it possible to change the text of the Terms and Conditions widget in the email template?

Hello

I added the terms and conditions field (in Dutch)

When they click on it , 

on my jotform I receive later is written "accepted"

Is it possible that I can put my own text there ?

Or that it is written accepted terms and conditions but then in dutch

Yes, you can replace the field name to any text you want. Just edit your notification email to do so. To edit, simply click the "Emails" button in the form builder. Select your notification email and click "Edit" option:
