My form takes a long time to load and even longer to be able to enter any data. Could you check it out please.

Lengthy multiple page forms that have  "Continue Forms Later" enabled are put quite a strain on browsers:

This becomes even more cumbersome when there are many conditions in the form.

Disabling this feature will allow for the form to load much faster and have shorter transitions between pages.  Here is a clone of your form with that option disabled so you can see the difference:
