With the paid subscriptions, is it possible to display to the user, a summary of the users responses and/or a calculated result based on their resp?

You may generate an HTML or a Grid listing report for the form submissions that you have received and share the report with the users.

The calculations can be performed on the form itself by using the Form Calculation widget so that it can be also included in the reports.
