So when the customer recieves the email that the options are visible.Page URL:

Only selected options are captured and sent to email if that's what you're referring.
The radio button is designed for single selection only. So meaning, the option selected is the only option sent over email.
Example: Option 1 is selected
On email, Option 1 is the only one shown
