Con you please tell me why all my forms are disabled? Can you enable all of them again please?
This completely screwed up a product launch. The sooner the better. thanks

Hello Terry,
The account was autosuspended by the phishing system due to the form you created. Username and password information fields are triggering the Phishing Filter because it violates our Terms of Use. I removed these fields from both of your forms and activated your account. Please check our Terms of Use.
