I received an email that the account had been created successfully, but when I go to log in it says the username/password does not exist.

I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Your account username is "kati675". Please use your username to login to your account and get back to us if you have any trouble. Please note that you can reset your account password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" which is in "Sign In" window. Please check the screenshot below:
