I stopped getting email notifications starting July21st. It happens to be about the same time our web server changes. Any ideas what the problem could be?
The recipient email was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
It has now been white-listed, so this should solve the problem. In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender. Here are our domain names: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
