How do I change what the completed survey is titled when it is returned to me via emailAsked by sskemp on August 25, 2016 at 04:11 PM
I created clones of the survey originally titled purchasing, disposables, small-wares and turned it into three different surveys and renamed then on the actual survey. how come when i get the survey back it still has the old title? Can i change this on a clone?
I believe you are referring to the email notifications that are sent to you. I see that your email notification templates simply haven't been updated, meaning they still contain the text they had when your original form was created.
You can update the email notification of a form by clicking on the Emails button in our Form Builder, and then on the Edit button next to the email notification:

Alternatively to manually updating each email notification template, you can also delete the old notifications on your cloned forms, and create new ones instead. The following guides describe how to do this:
Please let us know if you run into any issues along the way, and we'll be glad to help. Cheers
