How do I change the title of my form on a tab that was copied?

Hello Jotform,

I am having a difficult time changing the name of my form on the tab that shows up. I have tried everything I can think of and still cant get it.

The place to change the page tab title is a bit hidden.  Here is a step by step guide on where to find it:
