Can I add a barcode to my form and can it be visible in the margin of the PDF?Asked by MBWHS on August 25, 2016 at 05:51 PM
Our forms are all scanned and a barcode is used to determine where it should be filed. Ideally it should be in the left margin. I noted that you can add an image to the customised PDF however it was only a URL and i am not sure how to make the barcode into a URL

If I understand it correctly, the image you have included in your post is the bar-code that you want to have added to your form, or the PDF file of your submissions:
Yes, you can add it. To add this file inside your form, you can simply use our Image field for uploading your own image directly to the form:
To upload your bar-code image, simply click on the Upload File button:
This will add your bar-code image inside the form. If you want to have this image included inside the PDF files of your submissions, you can enable texts and images from form into the submitted PDF files by following this guide:
