Not receiving submitted forms

    Last two clients and then a test have filled out and sent, but not received.

    I have checked your form and I can see there are some emails failed; however, your email address is not currently into our bounce list. 

    Also, I have submitted your form and I can see it was successfully sent to your email address, could you please confirm us that? 

    If you're still experiencing the issue, please ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, you will find this info here: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    You may also consider using SMTP to send your emails as you will have more  control over how they are sent.
