I need to run a report on one of my forms and no forms are showing up on my "My Forms" page.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Are you still experiencing the said issue? Can you please clear your browsers cache and try again? Or try accessing your account using a different browser.

i have the same problem and i already clear my browser cache and try different browserto. it doesn't work

Please make sure that you have selected either Main or All tab. I can see one form under your account.
