Not getting the emails for completed forms

    Hi There!

    I am filling out the forms and the email should be going to however we are not getting them.  I know there are filled out forms as I can see thm in the account.


    Nothing is coming through.

    We apologise for the inconveniences caused by this issue. I checked our mail server logs and it seems that on twoof our different servers, the email went through successfully (stat=Sent).  

    Current Server: /var/log/jotform/amazonSES.

    Based on these logs, the mails swere sent successfully to your chosen recipient address. It could be your hosting provider's settings that's blocking the messages.

    Add these domains and ip addresses on your mail server's whitelist:
