Why do some users get an error message when clicking Submit on my form while others can submit without issue?

Also, some people can't submit at all without getting the error, some have no problems, and some were successful only after completing the form multiple times before the "submit" would actually go through.

The error message I have seen just says "Error Form ID does not match"

    @jwrangle

I  just sent 3 tests using 3 differents browers (FF, Chrome and IE , in that order)  and I was not able to reproduce the error, ALL of the submissions where sent succesfully

Let me know if yo got the notifications

Also, could you please tell me which particular browser was involved on the error? I am thinking on a browser or cookies issue involved on this , I have cleard the cache of the forms on you account anyway.

I am experiencing this same thing. I've been using this form for quite awhile without a problem.  My client is using Intenet Explorer and I haven't been able to duplicate the error she is getting in Chrome or IE.

Any ideas on what we can try to fix this problem?

    Hi,

First of all , please change your form's URL

    FROM

    <script src="http://form.jotform.net/jsform/11590044142"></script>

    TO

    <script src="http://www.jotform.net/jsform/11590044142"></script>

Also, I was able to get an error in Internet explorer while opening your page

    Sintax error message
    Line: 98
    Caracter: 1
    Code: 0
    URI: http://www.sharideangelo.com/clients/concierge/3514-2/

I went ahead and checked Line 98 and in fact your page is missing  a closing script tag ( </script> ) that should go after Line 97,  this one should close the script tag of Line 77.

Notice that all tags should have a closing tag.  (see Line 98's closing tag is on Line 105)

As a matter of fact, if your IE users still experience issues,  I would recommend you to update your current  DOCTYPE declaration

    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

Feel free to look for further assistance, whenever you need it
