How to add e-signatures?

Hey I want to create a form that uses this functionality. It says there should be a "widget" option at the left but I don't see it. How can I do this?

As a guide for other users who may be looking for the signature field, this can be found on the More Fields section on the form builder. Simply search for the "Signature" and click on it to add it to the form.
