Please confirm do you want Paypal payment gateway integration with your Form. Here is the guide to integrate Paypal on your Form https://www.jotform.com/help/50-PayPal-Forms

If you want to upgrade plan, and want to pay by Paypal, then please go to this page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing. And click on any of the plan, then you will get all available Payment options, including Paypal.
