Good morning to you too! We have widgets that will allow you to capture digital signatures on your form. You have a couple of options to choose from so just go to this page http://widgets.jotform.com/search/signature and pick one.

My recommendation is to use either the Smooth Signature or E-Signature widget. These are the most common signature widgets used by many and it's relatively straight forward from the user's perspective.

In case you'll wonder if these are legally binding, here's a snippet from our post when we first launched these widgets a few years back:

E-signatures are legally binding on almost all countries and states, but we still recommend consulting with your lawyer.

JotForm records the IP address and time of the signature made so that also provides additional confirmation about the signer of the document.

Templates-wise, although we have tons of templates, most of them don't have any signature fields by default. But if you still want to have a look at our template gallery, you can do so on this page https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/

Don't hesitate to ask if you have further questions.
