Hi - I set up Jotforms for a user a few years ago and it says I have 6.6 GB of data but she doesn't work here anymore so can I have that cleared? Also I'd like to set it up to make the files go to Google Drive but I don't see where I change that.

Regarding your questions, here is our answers.

    1. The upload space becomes empty as you delete submission which includes uploaded files.
The important point here is to be aware of loosing that data permanently once it is deleted. However, You can of course download them before deleted and this is the recommended.

Guidance about how to download submission data :

You may have a look following guidance for google drive integration.

Thank you! Is it possible to skip the storing of Submissions altogether and only send the info to Google Drive? I don't need them stored there and will need to continually delete them so I don't go over the limit.

Once the form is submitted, submitted data are sent to our servers. If you do not want to delete them manually you can use our Auto Delete Submissions App:

    https://apps.jotform.com/app/auto_delete_submissions

This app deletes your submissions as soon as they are received by our servers.

However please note that once the submission is deleted, you cannot retrieve them anymore. You can also delete them manually from submissions page of your form:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
