Form Problems

Also, we had serious, debilitating issue with one of our forms for the first time last week. It absolutely bombed the professionalism of our event. I only randomly heard back from tech support and felt mostly ignored. Jotforms has always been better than that for us and I'm still struggling with the situation and the failed resolution to our problem.
