API Limit: Receiving warning email but not a heavy user of API calls

    Why is my API count so high? I know that almost no one looks at my forms

    I investigated your account and I see that you did receive an email stating that your API limit has been reached, our mail log shows that you received one last August 24. 

    Your account and the forms are also not that active so the warning email for the API limit shouldn't be triggered, API limit for "Free" plan is 1,000 daily.

    Let me forward this to our back-end team to have it further checked, it is possible that it may be more related on our mail server sending incorrect warning emails.

    We will update you on this thread as soon as the problem has been resolved.
