Not receiving email notification

    None of my forms are emailing.  This began Tuesday afternoon and submission does go to the submission page and the submission is received in the Jotform website, but not in Gmail.

    I have tested the email account and it works fine receiving emails.  Something is wrong on the submission from Jotforms.

    Nevermind, I found the issue in the forums and resolved it.

    I'm glad to hear that you fixed the problem yourself.

    The reason you're not receiving submission is because these email recipients are in the bounce list: m****k@mokenafire.org and jc****lli@mokenafire.org.

    I have removed them in the bounce list. However, I noticed your email recipient jotformsubmission@gmail.com is not in the bounce list. If you still having problems receiving emails try whitelisting our mail servers by following the guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
