Clear upload storage space?

Not understanding how sub-accounts work I surpassed the upload size of my account. I was able to transfer all of the forms and data to the master company account, but it still shows my storage maxed out and unable to accept new submissions on any form I create within my free sub-account. How do I clear up the space so I can continue using the sub-account?

I checked your account and I can see that it is on overlimit status. The upload space is currently at 103MB. For the Free plan, you only have 100MB storage space.

I re-calculated your upload space and it is not at 85.62MB. I have now activated your account.

Please do check the other forms and verify if there are still uploaded files. You need to delete the actual submissions with the attachments in order to clear your storage space.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

I found out how I cleared the upload space, go to MY FORMS, then on left panel go to thrash and empty it (Purge). Then your upload space is cleared!

You can definitely do that, namtheman. However, if you still need the forms you can just delete the submissions with uploaded files to clear your upload space. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

Note: All submission that has been deleted is not recoverable.

Feel free to open a new thread, if you need any assistance. Thank you.
