I have a form, link here
https://form.jotform.com/61604010525138When users fill out the matrix to indicate what they want printed on their order, all blanks are showing up with "-" in them. Some submissions actually have "-" in them as part of their order and we can't tell that. I need the blank cells to actually show up as empty. Can you please help me? Thank you.

I see that the matrix field is displaying the empty input fields as dashes in the submissions view and while printing the submission.
However, this seems not to be happening with the notification emails or PDF submission report.
Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. If there is any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.
Meanwhile, you may consider printing the PDF submission and print it to display the matrix field correctly.
Thanks!

Hi
This problem has now been fixed. Empty matrix cells will now be blank instead of having the '-' placeholder.
