Not recieving password reset

    Hi There- I do not remember my password and have made several attempts to reset but am not receiving anything. I have a paid account and need access to edit my forms. Please let me know what is possible. Thank You

    It has now bee white-listed. I have sent the reset instructions again to your email address. Make sure to check your spam folder.
