Videos aren't uploading from iPhone to form despite being enabled?

Hi Jotform, on our form "Youtube Application form" we added the option to upload a file. We want to allow video files to be uploaded. The issue that we are encountering is that whenever someone attempts to upload a video file from the iPhone (.mov) the form does not accept it.

We have confirmed this bug by attempting this same use case on Formstack (another form product) and the upload of a .mov from the iPhone works fine.

We want to continue using Jotform, however, if this issue cannot be resolved we will be forced to move to Formstack.

    Thank you.

Mobile Browsers disable regular upload buttons on online forms. Please try any of this file upload widgets: http://widgets.jotform.com/category/file_upload

Thanks for your response. May I ask why it works perfectly fine on Formstack, via a mobile browser, using the same device? Check out the link here: bit.ly/smacktube

And also, which upload widget will fix this for us? Thank you.

Not sure about Formstack. You could try the "Uploadcare File Uploader" widget: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/uploadcare_file_uploader

In the meantime, I have forwarded this to our developers to get further help. You will be updated via this thread.
