I received an email from you that I went over my alloted free use, put I only had one customer use the form and I cannot log in

    You sent me an email telling me that I went over my alloted free use..10 submissions, whe I only had one...and I cannot go into my account to log on  because even though you sent the email to my email address your website doesn't recognize my email so I can t log on
