Hello, we ask for ACH (checking and routing) information, but we also need a CC form, thus we would like to make auth.net NOT charge/required if they chose the checking option, however, the credit card option inside of conditions is no available, any workaround or ideas on how to ensure it does not charge the default mount when the customer chooses for us to debit their checking account vs credit card

First of all, it is not allowed to collect sensitive information such as checking account and routing number: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use

Please delete those fields, or your account will be suspended. On regards of the authorize.net integration, it will only work if the payment comes from a credit card, that's why the CC information will always be required if there is any amount in the payment field.

Let us know if you need more help, we will be glad to assist you.

We follow the proper regulations and show it all in our terms, we use a
authorized 3rd party company called bill.com to make the transactions, why
    is this wrong?

Our colleague BDAVID was referring to your form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/62387931340962 that have fields that collect sensitive data like the account/check number and routing number together with electronic signature.

Since this data will be in plain text data only, it will be easier for hackers or phishers to easily steal this data/information of your form users. This is also consider a form of phishing which is illegal as mentioned in our Terms of Use

As recommended already, please remove those fields on your form so that the Phishing detecor will not auto suspend your account and forms.

Hope this is clearer. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.
