why is my form locked ?

my User show that Im having limit of 135. Havent used that much yet ?

You have already reached the monthly submission limit. Currently, you have 106 submissions in your account for this month. Please take note that the submission counter will reset back to 0 every first day of the month. You can wait for the counter to reset or you can upgrade your account.
