Take Photo Widget does not work in mobile devices.

Hi The take selfie widget is not working on Ipad 2. It shows a Attachment icon. When clicked on that, it opens up camera but camera is not saving any images. I opened the camera app separately and tried taking pictures, and selfie, it was working fine but not with this widget.

Please note that the take photo widget will not display the widget in the mobile devices but it will only display a file upload field. It will allow you to take image or select image form your image gallery. 

I was able to take a image and submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
