My form says "please wait" once the submit button is clicked

I have a contract made up, and it's not working. Once my client hits "submit" it says "please wait" and doesn't submit it. It just stays that way. Please help!

You are using our oEmbed plugin for WordPress and this is an ongoing issue with this plugin. We suggest using our Embed Form plugin instead or the iframe embed method;
