I've set up an email form for my client. but they don't receive any mails. I've checked that the email address is correct.

Can you please try to white list the following IP Addresses on your email provider side?
Also, please ensure that firstname.lastname@example.org is in your trusted senders list.
See if this fixes the mail problem.
