I've several forms providing input but have lost track of where on the net they are. 420 issues ;-)

Where/how do I determine the url location of a particular feed/form?

To my understanding, you would like to know where your form is embedded, is that correct? If you still have access to your forms and you're still receiving submissions from it, you can add any of these two widgets.

    Get Referrer widget

    Get Form Page URL widget

Here's how you can add it from the form builder page.

Every time your form is submitted after adding those widgets are added, you will be getting the page URL where the form is submitted(Get Form Page URL widget) and you will be getting the page URL where the submitter come from first before getting to your form(Get Referrer widget).

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us anytime. Thank you.
