How do I use it as a stand alone link?

I believe you are referring to accessing your form over a direct link. All you need to do is use your form's direct link, which you can see by clicking on the Publish button in the Form Builder:

Once you have your form's direct link, you can use it to open your form, or share that link with your users who need to fill out the form.
