I have tried to reset my password and your page says that it has sent me a reset page but I don't get it...

Hi Sarah, your email email@example.com is on the Bounce List with the following reason:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.1 amazonses.com is blacklisted.
Your email is now removed from the Bounce List so you should now receive the password reset email. Try resetting your password again and don't hesitate to let us know if you're still not getting the password reset email.
One minor but important note, you should consider Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses by contacting your email provider and request them to add JotForm's domains and IP addresses to their whitelist.
