I've created a form which will be hosted on our website in order to make it possible for client to sign a contract online, by filling all the required fields. In the end however, we require the clients to print the form, sign it and send it back. I was able to create a link to the PDF on the thank-you page and in the confirmation email, however all free-text fields are missing.
As they contain T&C it is mandatory that they are printed in PDF, as well, otherwise it won't have much of a legal value... is that possible at all, without the need to manually print each contract using a third-party tool and then sent it back to the client manually?
Moreover, would it be possible in the future to choose which fields should be printed in the PDF? For example, the upload file field is not really needed in the print-out, only in the online form.

And also, is I create a condition that skips to page 2 if a user selects a certain option, is it possible to avoid printing page 1 as well in both PDF and Email autoresponder? Otherwise there will be a lot of empty fields that will create lot of confusion to the user.

So this is a concrete example: http://form.jotformeu.com/form/21034255922345
When clicking on Name, then filling out the name field on the next page and submitting I get the following email:
The following submission:
and the following PDF:
I can't seem to get anything to display as I want to, althought following these instructions at least the PDF should be ok, but only the first heading is showing...

This is currently not available but one of our developers will work on this and make the PDF file also show the free text fields on the form.

Is there at least a way I can show all headings in the PDF? It seems some are showing and some are not. Same applies for HTML Free Text fields. Some are showing in the PDF, some are not. This is quite confusing...

This feature has already been assigned to one of our developers.
However, while its status is now set to important. we cannot provide you with an exact date or timeframe, because our developers team keeps busy taking care of some other urgent fixes.
At any rate, I have already sent them a message with your inquiry. They should let you know on this thread, once they have an update of this request.
Thank you for choosing Jotform!

Is this still not available? I cannot get that field to print out.

Good day! This is already available. You can print our Heading and Texts or you can get the PDF File with the Headers and Texts from your form. I would suggest creating another thread and add further details about your inquiry. Also add the form URL so we can check.

When I print the submission that is emailed to us the release statement and terms are not included on the form sent via email.
