How I can change the email sender noreply@jotform.com with the user's email address

    Hi, please i need help about:

    How I can change email sender noreply@jotform.com for {email}

    Because i need response my clients any consultations they ask me, please look picture,

    In outlook desktop, the program detect the email to response the email, but in other app to smarthphones reply the email to noply@jotform.com, 

    Really iam so crazy with problem plus this Windows 10 to phone too.

    Hello Jorge,

    There are 2 solutions for that.

    1. You can stay with using noreply@jotform.com as the sender email and use the email field as your Reply-to email. So when you hit the reply button in your email client, the user's email address will be automatically set as the recipient.

    Here's a visual guide:

    Click Emails > Edit Notification > On Recipients tab, set the email field on Reply-to Email

    2. Enable SMTP in your account to reveal the From Email option in the notification wizard.

    Since Mandrill is no longer a standalone app, you can use this as an alternative https://www.sendinblue.com/
