You will need to download your files manually form your account, you can download all the files uploaded in your form, go to the submissions page and click on the button "Download all uploads":

Additionally to that, we have an integration with Dropbox, you may download the app on your mobile device and set the folder where files form the JotForm will be stored to be available offline.

When you make your folder available offline the folder and files in it will be downloaded in your device so you can access to them even if you have not internet connection, once you get connected again the folder will sync with the folder online.
The same can be done with Google Drive, you may integrate your folder and download the app on your mobile device.
